I want to take a minute to welcome you to my new blog! I believe that community service is a key part of the mission statement of the Miss America Organization. By having this blog not only can you see what I will be doing during my year of service as Miss Kansas City, but its a great way to also look back on all the amazing memories I will make.

About Me
- Miss Mid Missouri
- I graduated from the University of Central Missouri in December 2009 with a degree in Science Education. I began my Masters degree in January and began teaching eighth grade science in Lee's Summit, MO. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks. I was crowned Miss Mid Missouri in February 2010 and have been honored to be a part of the Miss Missouri Organization. I am booked full of appearances, so keep an eye out for me all over the state!
